Shipping

Allow 5-7 business days for your shipping to update for all prescription glasses. Your glasses have to get shipped to our optical laboratory to customize your lenses first. Once they customize your lenses, they will then ship them directly to your door. This whole process usually takes about 7-10 business days for you to receive your eyewear.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are completely free.

If you decide to return your product within 14 days of the delivered date (US only) $6.00 will be deducted from your refund.

- Must be returned in the original packaging and are unworn or undamaged (Trying them on is fine).

    Prescription FAQ

    It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

    Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

    If you don’t have a prescription, you can always just call a local optometrist and schedule an eye exam. Once they give you a prescription, you can choose whichever glasses you like on our website and upload the prescription to your order. Once you have done that, we will be sending your glasses with your prescription lenses directly to your door.

    Yes, we make prescription sunglasses in polycarbonate and High Index 1.67 lenses. They’re polarized too!

      Awesome. Stylish. Effective.

      The frames fit well. They’re stylish. And I noticed a difference in color and intensity the moment I put the on. Staring at a computer screen all day is much more tolerable with the Arcane Plus glasses.

      1st time buyer

      Never bought prescription eyeglasses online before, but kept seeing the Glassy commercial where Mike Mo is playing video games with these on, so I figured I'd try them. Every thing seems so clear and crisp. I got the gamer lenses and they definitely helped in reducing my I strain while playing xbox throughout the day. The blue light tint in the lenses aren't even noticeable. I highly recommend these.

      Okay, but be careful!

      I got these for my daughter, and they have stopped her migraines all together so that's great. Unfortunately the lenses are very fragile and I could not see a way to get replacement lenses.

      Can't review what you don't have

      I've placed this review because I have received two emails requesting a review of the product. However, 36 days after ordering I'm still waiting to receive my product. That makes it a little hard to review. I dont want to not recommend the product because individual shipping results may vary but it's something to keep in mind.

      Excellent Glasses

      These glasses are great to use. While the day to day eye strain reduction is less noticable than I thought it would be, I have found wearing them at night has helped me fall asleep faster and have a deeper sleep through the night. Would definitely buy again!

      Nice

      I like the glasses, only using it for screent time. I am not sure if it makes a difference for my eyes or headaches yet. The size was a little too big for my face, but everyone compliments my glasses when I wear it.

      Great customer service, info on frames lacking

      I ordered the Arcane frames with lenses a few weeks ago. They arrived a little later than I expected. The frames were too small for my head. I contacted customer support and they helped in many ways, suggesting frames for my larger head and suggested I try the "Home Try On plan". I wasn't aware of this feature and kinda wish I had saw that before committing to new lenses. I just received my try on box today and I think I found what is best for me. Maybe more info on each frames, like dimensions or if they fit larger or smaller.

      Perfect Fit

      These glasses fit great and feel great even after hours of wear. I’m a full-time graphic designer and stare at a monitor 8-10 hours every day. Since I made the switch to Glassy’s my eye strain and headaches have been few and far between.
