We want you stoked on your shades. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
The short version
- 14 days to return or exchange — from the day it arrives.
- Free, easy exchanges — wrong fit or want a different colorway? On us.
- Free prepaid U.S. return label.
- Refunds in 5–7 business days after your return arrives.
- 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
What can be returned
Items in original, unworn condition with the case and packaging included. Since they sit on your face, we can't take back frames showing wear, scratches, or damage from use.
Sale & discounted items can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days. Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email customerservice@glassyeyewear.com (or tap the link in your order confirmation) with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid label and instructions.
- Drop it in the mail. Once it arrives, we'll process your refund, store credit, or ship your exchange.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. Your order shipped free, so there are no shipping charges to deduct.
Warranty (manufacturing defects)
Every frame is covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a hinge, lens, or frame fails under normal use, we'll repair or replace it free. This doesn't cover accidental damage, scratches, or normal wear — but reach out anyway, we'll always try to help.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong thing, email customerservice@glassyeyewear.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll fix it right away — return shipping on us.
