Free exchanges within 14 days of the delivered date. If you choose to return your item, $6.00 will be deducted from your refund.

How do I exchange my items?

You can exchange your product within 14 days of the delivered date (US only).
- Fill out the form below with what product you are returning and what product you would like to exchange it for. If the price of the exchanged item is lower, we will refund you the difference.

What items are non-exchangeable?

- International orders (Non US)
- Damaged items.

How do I return my items?

You can return your product within 14 days of the delivered date (US only). If you choose to return your item, $6.00 will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free.
- Must be returned in the original packaging and are unworn or undamaged (Trying them on is fine).
- Fill out the form below to start the process.
- Prescription glasses that are "Buy 1, Get 1 free", will only be issued a refund as store credit.

When will I receive my refund?

- Once your item is delivered back to us and inspected, we will issue a refund and typically received within 48 hours. 

If item arrived defective:

- Email Customerservice@glassyeyewear.com with photos of the defect and we will send a return label for your item and replace the item for free. 

Buy 1, Get 1 Free: Exchanges

- Either pair with the "Buy 1, Get 1 free" discount is eligible for an exchange with a shipping fee of $6.

Buy 1, Get 1 Free: Returns

- Either pair with the "Buy 1, Get 1 free" discount is eligible for a return. A shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from your return. (Does not apply to prescription orders)- If only one item is returned, you will be refunded a total of 50% of your order.- Prescription glasses will only be issued a store credit.

Shipping on all orders:

After your payment is verified it may take up to 24 hours for the order to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11AM PST will be shipped out the following business day. If you place your order after 11AM PST on Friday, your order will most likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Prescription eyewear orders:

Allow 5-7 business days for your shipping to update for all prescription glasses. Your glasses have to get shipped to our optical laboratory to customize your lenses first. Once they customize your lenses, they will then ship them directly to your door. This whole process usually takes about 7-10 business days for you to receive your eyewear.
