I had an issue with ordering the wrong lenses, partly due to my own stupidity and the customer service team just worked me through it, with speed and understanding.

Prescription

From the first try on when they arrived fit perfect. Great fit, I usually wear contacts but wanted to give my eyes a break so I decided to try out Glassy. Wore them constantly until about a week ago I had a little staycation here in SD got drunk and lost them...needless to say I was pissed so that's why I'm about to order another pair haha! But overall you guys make a great product, thank you!

Fremont prescription

I really like these glasses, my only complaint is that after only having them for a week there’s a scratch on the inside of one of the lenses. I take very good care of my glasses & I didn’t do anything to cause it. But everything else is great, good customer service, good price for prescription glasses, I would definitely recommend to others & will come back when I need another pair. I have been a fan and supporter of Glassy since the project first appeared on The Berrics years ago. I was reluctant for years to order glasses online. I had a head-thing that I had to purchase my glasses from a brick and mortar store because the quality would be perfect. After a numerous years of feeling exploited by chain-eye wear stores I decided to try Glassy because of the branding and ownership. My entire experienced rocked! The customer service was on-point and thoughtful. When my glass arrived they were perfect. I plan on investing in more pairs in the near future.

Cheap but well made

It does take a little while for them to make your glasses but it’s well worth the wait, they’re an inexpensive option with a great product that can give us glasses wearers more options then just one pair every eye doctor visit. Will be buying more for sure!
