After a long session in my music studio,(12-15 hours) my eyes do feel a little tired, but no where NEAR as bad as before I had these glasses. These also work great for long gaming sessions.

Irelandi used to get tired of the laptop screen or either the tv or palying video games. i must say those days are over, I could be playing video games for hours or watch tv. Especially I wear them between 7-1am when becomes dark and the blue light on the tv screen becomes very bright and used to go to bed with my eyebrows twitching and since i wear these glasses i go to bed with my eyes with no tear or feeling tired. great product and i am recommending to my gamers fellow to buy them. i will buy another pair soon!
