The first game in our list of long video games is The Guide 2: Renaissance. The PC simulation game comes from 4 Head Studios and was released in 2010. The Guide 2: Renaissance takes place in a fictional Europe during the fifteenth century and has a lengthy gameplay of 216 hours.
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite
Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is a PSP title that was released in 2008; however, the game wasn’t available in the United States until 2009. Freedom Unite spawns from the successful Monster Hunter franchise and is 231 hours long.
Crusaders of the Lost Idols
The next longest game is Crusaders of the Lost Idols. The PC game is available on Steam and was created back in 2015 by Codename Games. While Crusaders of the Lost Idols is simplistic with 2-D design, the game was polled to be 249 hours long.
Mobius Final Fantasy
Final Fantasy is one of the best-selling video game franchises of all-time and has been around since 1987. The Final Fantasy franchise from Square Enix has become so big that it has expanded to different platforms, and their longest game is actually for mobile. Mobius Final Fantasy came out in 2015 and features over 265 hours of gameplay.
Osu!
Osu! is a musical rhythm game that was developed by Dean “Peppy” Herbert. The game was released back in 2007 for Microsoft Windows PC. Osu! has a huge following and is said to be the longest video game of all time, running a whopping 472 hours long.
